Every item is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you safely, whether you’re ordering one piece or multiple items. We work hard to process all orders as efficiently as possible so you can enjoy your gear without unnecessary delays.

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before it is shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy

At H.O.M Athletics, we want you to be confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason your item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help make the return or exchange process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We kindly ask that you include your order number and clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
